Zackary's First Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas. Zackary was much more into the presents (mostly the paper & bows) than we expected, so it was a lot of fun!!

The day after Christmas Zackary tasted sweet potatoes for the first time and loved them!!!

Mommy was at the computer and when she turned around, Zackary was on his tummy!

Daddy is glad he can't read his bib that says "I'm the Boss" . . . but I think he already knows it!

New Perspective

Zackary is doing much better at sitting on his own. He seems to enjoy the new perspective on the world and is playing well on his own.

He did it!

Zackary rolled over today!!! I was so excited and started cheering. He looked up and smiled at me, it was so sweet! This afternoon he rolled over again. Our camera broke over the weekend and the new one didn't arrive until this afternoon, so I don't have any pictures . . . but I'm sure he'll do it again and I'll be able to take a picture.

Photo Shoot

There is definately something to be said for digital cameras. I've been thinking about how much wasted film I would have if it weren't for digital. I took 16 pictures of Zackary in exactly the same place yesterday, all in an attempt to get a "good one". Of course they are all cute in their own little way, but he is anticipating the flash now, so I get some goofy looks. Here is a sample for your amusement.
